The school is run by Samskruthi Educational and Scientific Research Charitable Trust. Padmashree Prof. T. Pradeep is the honorary trustee of the trust. The 21 member trust board comprises of notable personalities from various fields. Some of them are Sri. Alankode Leelakrishnan, Prof. Satheesh Kailash, Dr. Raghu Pradeep Thalappil, Sri. Pramod Thalappil, Sri. K V Vijay Kumar, Sri. K V Yousaf etc.
